Each website has its own time zone setting. In the migration process, we use the time zone from the source store configuration and transfer the date of the order to the target store. To migrate the order dates to Shopify correctly, you need to set up the same time zone and date format in your source store and target store. Currently, this feature only works with migration from Magento/WooCommerce to Shopify. 

Note: This information is not relevant to other shopping carts. In this case, the migrations are performed without any changes.
