This error appears in our LitExtension app when the selected store type or BigCommerce connection details are incorrect. Please check that:
- Shopping Cart Type is set to BigCommerce.
- Store URL is entered correctly.
- Account, API Path, and API Token are valid and copied without missing characters or extra spaces.
