This may happen if you select “Clear current data on Target Store before migration.”
WordPress stores different content types, including blog posts, products, customers, and orders, within related database structures. If any existing posts are incorrectly assigned to the Product, Customer, or Order post type, LitExtension may remove them while clearing the corresponding WooCommerce data before migration.
This issue only occurs when the “Clear current data on Target Store before migration” option is enabled. We recommend backing up your Target Store and checking the affected posts’ post types before running the migration. If posts have already disappeared, please contact our support team so we can check the migration and help restore them from your backup.
