Yes, you can migrate orders and customers to an active Shopify Basic store using our Shopify app. Simply install the app on your target store and select Customers and Orders in the Migration Configuration step.
Please activate a paid Shopify Basic plan before running the Full Migration. Trial and development stores are limited to five new orders per minute, which can significantly increase the migration time. You can find this limitation in Shopify’s official order API documentation.
