Some orders remain because Shopify does not allow every order type to be deleted. Even when you select Orders for clearing, we can only remove orders that Shopify marks as eligible, such as test orders, draft orders, manually paid orders, and orders imported through its API.
Orders processed through Shopify POS or online checkout may not be eligible for deletion, so they will remain on your target store. This is a Shopify restriction and does not indicate that the clearing process failed.
