I migrated to Shopify with “Clear current data on Target Store” option but some orders weren’t deleted. Why?

When migrating to Shopify, if you choose the “Clear current data on Target Store” option, your existing data on Shopify will be deleted. However, some of the orders which was processed through Shopify POS or your online checkout cannot be deleted. All the other data existing in your Target Shopify store will be wiped out though.
