Yes, you can map order statuses when migrating to or from WooCommerce. In Step 2: Migration Configuration, select Orders, then match each Source Store order status with the appropriate status available on your Target Store.
LitExtension will assign the mapped statuses to your migrated orders. Please note that we do not create new order statuses on the Target Store, so any custom statuses you need must be created there before migration.
