LitExtension can migrate Magento Order Full IDs when you select “Preserve order IDs on Target Store” in the Additional Options section during migration configuration.
If an Order Full ID contains numbers only, we can preserve it on the Target Store. For example:
Source Store: #17
Target Store: #17
However, Magento uses a specific numeric structure for order IDs. If the source ID includes letters, prefixes, or special characters, these elements cannot be retained. We will extract and migrate the relevant numeric portion instead. For example:
Source Store: #2-100000034
Target Store: #34
Therefore, the final order number may differ from the Source Store when the original Order Full ID is not purely numeric.
