After migrating to WooCommerce, some product options (such as size or color) may be converted into variable products. WooCommerce requires customers to select the relevant variation values, such as size or color, before adding the product to their cart and proceeding to checkout.
To preselect an option for customers, edit the product in WooCommerce, go to Product data > Variations, and set the Default form values for its attributes.
If you want to configure product options as optional or required add-ons instead of variations, you can use the paid WooCommerce Product Add-Ons extension.
