Our 301 redirect migration option is available only for BigCommerce stores on a paid plan. If your store is still on a trial plan, we cannot create the redirects during migration.
Please upgrade your BigCommerce store to a paid plan, then select “Create the 301 redirects on your target store after migration” in the Additional Options section when configuring your migration.
