This message means your store has temporarily used all available BigCommerce API requests. The quota refreshes every 30 seconds and is shared by all apps connected to your store.
Current API limits include:
- Standard and Plus: 150 requests per 30 seconds (20,000 per hour).
- Pro: 450 requests per 30 seconds (60,000 per hour).
- Enterprise: Limits depend on the store’s plan and requested resources. Some Enterprise stores have an Unlimited Rate Plan.
Don’t worry, your migration data won’t be lost. Our BigCommerce migration system will wait for the API quota to refresh and then continue automatically. However, frequently reaching the limit can extend the migration time, especially when other apps are also making API requests.
