Unfortunately, we can not preserve the product IDs (post ID) on WooCommerce. WooCommerce has some limitations due to the platform’s architecture. Products, orders, pages, blogs… etc., are all saved in one table with different types, such as:
- post_type=product
- post_type=shop_order
