Yes, you can migrate reviews to Shopify so that your future potential customers can consult them when shopping on your new website.
To migrate reviews to Shopify, please follow these steps:
- Install a free Product Reviews app on your target Shopify store (either before or after the migration)
- Download “Review” CSV files shown in the “Migration Details” page after you have finished the migration
- Go to your new Shopify store’s admin, navigate to Apps -> Product Reviews -> Settings
- Click on the Import button in the top bar
- Click the Choose file button and select the CSV file you’ve exported
- Click the Import button
Also, please note the following:
- In order for the review file to be shown, you need to perform the full migration with “product” chosen to be transferred. As a result, when running demo migration, review file will not be available.
