The standard migration scope includes Products and Product Categories, Customers, Orders, Manufacturers, Coupons, Reviews, and CMS Pages. The exact fields are limited to the overlap between Zen Cart source data and BigCommerce target fields.

Taxes, Blogs, and Multiple Languages are not included as standard transferable entities in this route.

Can Zen Cart customer passwords be migrated to BigCommerce?

No. Customer passwords are not part of the standard transferable fields for Zen Cart to BigCommerce migration. Supported customer profile data can still be transferred, and customers may need to set or reset their BigCommerce credentials after launch.

Can Zen Cart product options, variants, and images be migrated?

Yes. Zen Cart Variants / Options, Thumbnail Image, and Additional Images are included in the standard source scope and can be mapped to corresponding BigCommerce product structures where supported.
