Because CustomCart does not have a fixed source schema, our experts review your records, fields, IDs, relationships, and media references before confirming the final migration scope. Taxes and Multiple Languages are not standard BigCommerce target entities in this scope.

BigCommerce does not allow a source Order ID to become its internal BigCommerce Order ID. When the original CustomCart identifier needs to be retained, it can be stored in the BigCommerce External ID field instead.

Orders linked to products can also affect product quantity on BigCommerce, so inventory should be checked during post-migration validation.
