If you are migrating away from ekmPowershop, exporting its data beforehand is a crucial step of the process. With the exported file, you can adjust the data as needed before migration and keep a secure backup in case any issues arise during the migration process.

In this guide, LitExtension will walk you through the steps to export your data from ekmPowershop to CSV files, ensuring it’s ready for a smooth migration to your new platform.

• In your EKM admin, go to Features > Import/Export System to access the Import/Export interface.

• Hit the Export Data button to start the export process.

• Select the type of data you wish to export, such as Products, Categories, Customers, or Orders.

• Choose to export all products or apply filters for specific ones, then click Continue To Choose Fields.

• Select the file type for download: CSV.
• Wait for a few minutes and select Please Click To Download to download the file to your computer.
