As your store migration progresses, your support needs may change. You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan for more features or downgrade to a simpler package at any point—no hassle involved.
2. Cancel anytime, no strings attached
You can cancel your Premium Support subscription at any time, and you’ll still retain full access until the end of your current billing period—whether you’re on a Monthly or Annual plan.
For example:
- If you cancel a Monthly plan midway through the month, you’ll continue to receive Premium Support until the end of that billing month.
- If you cancel an Annual plan, support will remain active until the end of that year’s term.
Please note that no refunds are issued for the remaining time after cancellation, but you will always get the full value of your subscription through the end of the paid period.
