To estimate how much it costs to migrate from/to Etsy, you should know how many entities you have on Etsy. With three simple steps, you can check the number of entities on the Etsy platform. Follow the detailed instructions below to perform it; let’s start!
1. Check the number of products on Etsy
To see how many products are available in your current store, on the left in the Shop Manager panel, please click on the “Listings” tab, then you will see the list of total products in your store.
The number of total products will equal the summary of products in all the “Listing status” which include: Active; Draft, Expired, Sold Out, and Inactive, as highlighted in the image below.
2. Check the number of customers on Etsy
Unfortunately, Etsy does not have a separate page for customer management. You can only estimate the number of customers by the number of orders which will be shown in the following instructions.
3. Check the number of orders on Etsy
To see how many orders are there in your current store, on the left in the Shop Manager panel, please click on the “Orders & Shipping” tab, and then you will see the list of all orders in your store.
On the right of the screen, please choose All in “Ship by date” and “Description” sorters. The number of total orders will equal the summary of orders of all statutes which include: New, In progress, and Completed.
