To estimate how much it costs to migrate from/to Easy Digital Downloads, you should know how many entities you have on Easy Digital Downloads. With three simple steps, you can check the number of entities on the Easy Digital Downloads platform. Follow the detailed instructions below to perform it; let’s start!

1. Check the number of products on Easy Digital Downloads

To see how many products are available in your current store, on the left in the admin panel, please click “Downloads” and then choose “All Downloads”. The total number of products will appear on the top left of the page”, as highlighted in the image below.

2. Check the number of customers on Easy Digital Downloads

To see how many customers are there in your current store, on the left in the admin panel, please click “User” and then choose “All Users”. The total number of customers will appear as the number of Subscribers on top of the page, as highlighted in the image below.

Note: This is the total number of customers who have registered to your EDD site, NOT only the customers who have purchased your products. (To check the customers who have purchased your products, please click on the “Downloads” tab and then choose Customers)

3. Check the number of orders on Easy Digital Downloads

To see how many customers are there in your current store, on the left in the admin panel, please click on the “Downloads” tab, then choose “Orders”. The total number of orders will appear on top left of the page, as highlighted in the image below.
