Your Migration ID is the unique identifier assigned to your specific migration project when you create it in the LitExtension app. To find your Migration ID, log in to our app using your registered account or Google account, and you’ll see it on the My Migration dashboard.
How to find your Ticket ID
Your Ticket ID is the unique identifier assigned when you open a support request with our team, whether through live chat or email. To find this information, you’ll need to log in to our LitExtension app first, then navigate to Help Center > My Support Ticket.
