I have an error after installing LitExtension Connector. How to fix?

If you don’t see the “Connector installed” message after installing the LitExtension Connector, don’t worry. This is a common issue and is usually caused by your server configuration rather than the Connector itself.

The most common causes include:

  • Server or hosting cache is enabled (such as OPcache).
  • The Connector folder or files don’t have the correct permissions.
  • The Connector has been uploaded to the wrong directory.

To resolve the issue, try the following:

  1. Clear or disable your server/hosting cache, then test the Connector again.
  2. Verify that the Connector folder and files have the correct permissions.
  3. Make sure the Connector is uploaded to the correct root directory of your source store.

If the issue persists, contact the LitExtension Support Team. We’ll help you troubleshoot and fix the Connector installation at no additional cost.
