If you don’t see the “Connector installed” message after installing the LitExtension Connector, don’t worry. This is a common issue and is usually caused by your server configuration rather than the Connector itself.
The most common causes include:
- Server or hosting cache is enabled (such as OPcache).
- The Connector folder or files don’t have the correct permissions.
- The Connector has been uploaded to the wrong directory.
To resolve the issue, try the following:
- Clear or disable your server/hosting cache, then test the Connector again.
- Verify that the Connector folder and files have the correct permissions.
- Make sure the Connector is uploaded to the correct root directory of your source store.
