Some hosting providers or security plugins (such as firewalls or ModSecurity) may block LitExtension’s Connector or migration process if our IP addresses aren’t recognized as trusted. Whitelisting these IPs tells your server to allow LitExtension’s requests through without flagging them as suspicious activity.
Since the exact IP addresses can be updated on our end and vary depending on your migration setup, please contact our Support Agents to get the current list of IPs to whitelist. Once you have them, you can typically add these IPs through:
- Your hosting control panel (such as cPanel, under IP Blocker or Security settings).
- Your firewall or security plugin settings, if your store uses one (such as Wordfence for WordPress or Cloudflare).
- Your server’s .htaccess file, if you’re comfortable editing it directly, or with guidance from your host.
If you’re not sure where this setting lives on your specific platform or hosting environment, our Support Agents can guide you through the exact steps.
