“HTTP Error Code 500 Internal Server Error”, How to fix?

The most common reason for this error is incorrect permissions on your Connector folder. To fix it:

  • Set the file permissions to 755 for the le_connector folder.
  • Set the permissions to 644 for the connector.php file inside the le_connector folder.

You can make these changes through an FTP client (such as FileZilla) or your hosting provider’s File Manager by right-clicking the folder or file and selecting File Permissions.

If the error persists after adjusting permissions, contact our Support Agents so our team can investigate further.
