This usually happens if you manually created categories in your Target Store beforehand and then migrated only products with LitExtension, without including categories in the same migration. Since these manually created categories aren’t linked to the ones from your Source Store, LitExtension can’t automatically match your products to them.
To fix this, select both categories and products to migrate together in the same migration run. This way, LitExtension transfers the category structure alongside your products and correctly assigns each product to its corresponding category.
