LitExtension only supports data transfer from your Source Store to your Target Store. We are not able to control over how the entities are displayed on Target Store front-end if the design template is customized.

We highly recommend you to perform migration with default settings/design in the first place, and you’ll take the chance to customize your store’s appearance when the data transfer is over.
