After purchasing the Shopify Plus Migration Package, you’ll receive an email from our system immediately to confirm your order and ask for some required information for the migration.

After that, your Personal Assistant (PA) will set up the Demo Migration and let you preview the migration results on your Target Store.

When everything is well-prepared or you want to skip the Demo Migration step, the PA will run the Full Migration and check the freshly migrated store thoroughly for you, both front-end and back-end, to ensure that all the data is transferred accurately.

You can also transfer a certain number of items (20 products, 20 customers, and 20 orders) from your Source Cart to the Target Cart yourself.

Yes, Shopify Plus provides robust APIs and integration options to connect with ERPs, CRMs, and other essential business tools, streamlining your e-commerce operations.

Shopify Plus offers advanced customization options, including custom checkout, API access, and integration with third-party apps, giving you control over the user experience and backend processes.

On Shopify Plus, SKUs are provided only for variants and simple products (products with no variants). Therefore, SKUs from your Source Store will be imported to variants or simple products on Shopify Plus Store. That’s why you can’t migrate product SKU that are not simple product.

By default, our migration tool imports product attributes from your source store to meta fields on your Target Store. To have them displayed on Shopify Plus admin, you will have to install the Metafields Guru app. Please click here for more details.

Yes, you can possibly migrate categories and subcategories of products to Shopify. However, in Shopify, products will be located under collections only.

Therefore, all categories and subcategories of products from the Source Store will be changed into collections in Shopify Plus. [Read More]
