LitExtension has been great to work with, they've migrated my stores from shopify to bigcommerce very quickly. I've asked for custom transitions as well for fields that didn't match up and they accomodated all of that for me!
I had some trouble with some product description images not being imported and the support was great. They fixed it within a day and also answered some other questions I had. overall great service, would recommend!
Have a Magento 2.4 migration performed by Mark Trinh. Perfectly executed. What stands out most is his customer focus. And he certainly thinks along with the work. Especially when you are less knowledgeable. What is also special is that he responds very quickly and professionally to Whatsapp messages.

I have used LitExtension several times over the last few years for cart migrations and highly recommend their services. Several have been really big sites as well (40,000 SKUs, 80k customers etc).
Ive moved from/to OpenCart, ZenCart, WooCommerce, Shopify and BigCommerce - all without major issues.
They communicate well, have solid tech and can handle so much detail work so quickly (particularly 301 redirects which are critical) and that makes me look good to my clients that reply on me to get their e-com site migrated.
They can handle large data loads and the ability to run a couple of delta synchronizations at the last minute is fantastic.
I always use their white glove manage migration service. They handle everything, I just get results.
