About Our Client
Our client is a U.S.-based retailer offering faith-based apparel, books, and gifts through both online and in-store channels. As their physical retail operations expanded, Shopify POS could no longer meet their needs—especially with multi-location inventory and event-based sales.

The client needed to migrate all essential data from Shopify to Square—this included products, customers, orders, and POS records. Accuracy and data safety were top priorities, as any disruption could directly impact their daily in-store operations.
The Challenges
