Webflow to BigCommerce Migration

The standard migration scope includes Products and Product Categories, Customers, and Orders. Supported product data includes names, SKUs, descriptions, status, prices, stock fields, variants, and images. Customer data includes name, email, and address, while orders include dates, statuses, items, totals, customer details, and addresses.

Manufacturers, Taxes, Coupons, Reviews, CMS Pages, Blogs, and Multiple Languages are not included as standard Webflow source entities for this route.

Yes. Variants and Images are included in the standard Webflow product source scope. Images can be mapped to BigCommerce thumbnail and additional product image fields where the source data provides the necessary references.

No. Customer passwords and payment card data are not part of the standard Webflow source scope used for this migration. Supported customer profile data such as name, email, and address can still be transferred to BigCommerce.

Not as part of the standard Webflow source scope for this route. CMS Pages and Blogs are not listed as standard Webflow export entities in the current migration capability.

No. Webflow layouts, themes, interactions, animations, custom code, and design settings are platform-specific and are not transferred as standard migration data. Your BigCommerce storefront design and functionality should be recreated or configured separately.

Yes. The migration is performed separately from your live Webflow store, so normal store operations can continue while supported data is transferred.

If new orders or other supported records are created after the main transfer, Recent Data Migration can be used when applicable.

BigCommerce does not allow a source Order ID to become its internal BigCommerce Order ID. When the original Webflow identifier needs to be preserved, it can be stored in the BigCommerce External ID field instead.

Orders linked to products can also update product quantity on BigCommerce, so inventory should be checked during post-migration validation.

Webflow Handle is available in the source data, but it does not have a corresponding standard BigCommerce target field in this migration scope. Product and category Meta Title or Meta Description are also not part of the Webflow source fields used here.

For important existing URLs, plan 301 redirects where reliable source-to-target mappings can be created, then review redirects, metadata, sitemaps, internal links, and crawl errors before launch.
