Order status mapping is an option that lets you assign order statuses from your Source Cart to their corresponding values on your Target Cart, such as matching “Processing” on one platform to “Pending” on another. This ensures your orders carry over with accurate, consistent status labels, so tracking and order management stay synchronized on your new store.
In case you’d rather not assign these statuses manually, you can use the AI Generate option instead. This lets AI analyze your Source Cart and Target Cart’s status structures and automatically suggest an order status mapping for you, saving time while still keeping your order data accurate.
