Yes, you can import products, customers, and orders individually from your Source Cart to Target Cart, without needing to migrate your entire store’s data.
However, keep in mind that if you choose to migrate customers and orders only, the migrated orders won’t be assigned to the corresponding products in your Target Cart, since the product records they reference won’t exist there yet.
