When performing a Database Dump Migration, images aren’t included by default. This is because a database dump typically contains your store’s structured data (like product info, orders, and customer records), while your actual image files are stored separately in their own folder.
To transfer your pictures in this case, you’ll need to provide LitExtension with access to the folder containing your images. Once the main migration is complete, our team will extract the images from that folder and upload them to your Target Store, so your product photos and other visuals appear correctly on your new site.
