Yes, LitExtension supports migrate Orders without Customers by default . Just imply ticking the boxes before the data type you want to migrate at step 2 of migration progress.
However, with some carts that orders are not linked to customers or products (Ex: Shopware), our technical team will make custom to migrate that kind of data for you.
