LitExtension Customer Support team is committed to support you within Standard Response Time, which varies depending on your migration package and the ticket submitting time. Following are the response time targets for providing the initial response.
- Weekdays
Basic Migration: 24 hours
All-in-One Migration: 12 hours*
*If you submit a ticket from 17h00 to 20h00 (UTC+7), the response time may vary up to 15 hours due to time difference.
- Weekend
Basic Migration: 54 hours
All-in-One Migration: 45 hours
