5 Steps To Cancel Shopify Free Trial
Step 1 – Log in to Your Shopify Account
Begin by logging into your Shopify account using your preferred browser. After you've logged into your dashboard, go to Settings > Plan.
Step 2 – Choose Deactivate Trial
In the Plan details, you'll get information on your current plan, your next billing date, and if any payment methods are added. Choose Deactivate trial.
Step 3 – Click on Cancel Subscription
Then, the ‘Deactivate store' box will pop up. Choose Cancel Subscription And Deactivate Store.

The 30-day, 90-day free trials are no longer available. Now Shopify is currently offering a 7-Day Free Trial or probably 14 days. No worry. The Shopify team loves to test things out, so it's a normal sign to see different days of trial. If any third parties provide a Shopify free trial longer than the normal days, you must watch out.
After canceling the trial, you won’t have access to your Shopify admin. So, you have to pick a plan and add your credit card information to re-open the store. Shopify won't charge you until the trial days are completed.
Note: As we mentioned above, you have 30 days to reactivate your Shopify store in case you change your mind. Your data and configurations will be preserved for 30 days after canceling the free trial. So make sure to mark that day on your calendar!
