Smart Update is a post-migration service that updates data in your Target Store to reflect changes you’ve made in your Source Store during and after the migration. It compares data fields in both stores, identifies any differences, and immediately updates your Target Store to match.
To run Smart Update, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your LitExtension account and go to the My Migrations page.
- Find your previous migration and click the Smart Update button.
- Our tool will then show you a report of how much new data has been modified in your Source Store since the full migration, and how many entities need to be scanned and updated.
- Select the data you want to update, confirm the details, and start the process.
