I was migrating my multiple stores, but customer IDs were not moved. Why?

You want to migrate multiple stores? Unfortunately, during Magento, OpenCart and PrestaShop multi-store migration such additional options are not available:

  • Preserve customer IDs on the Target store;
  • Preserve order IDs on the Target store;
  • Preserve product IDs on the Target store;
  • Preserve Category IDs on the Target store.

Nonetheless, during Magento multi-store migration additional option “Preserve order IDs on the Target store” is available.
