We refer customers to your registered app/ service based on their post-migration needs. This collaboration includes the following steps:
- Onboarding:
The Solution Partner provides LitExtension with the necessary details to join the referral package, including the discount rate as outlined in our agreement for their app/service and other relevant information. - Introducing your solutions to customers:
Your discounted app or service will be included in our referral package, integrated into our email automation flow, pre-sale live chat, and post-migration follow-up emails. - Addressing customer needs:
If additional needs arise, we will contact you through the agreed communication method specified in our partnership agreement.
Referral tracking and benefits:
You will record our referrals and ensure that both our customers and LitExtension receive the agreed benefits as per our partnership terms.
