Why are there multiple payment entries in the “My Payments” section?

You may notice multiple entries in the My Payments section of your LitExtension account. This is because the system records both balance top-ups and payments made using that balance.

  • Order payment (e.g., “Payment for Order #61955”): This entry indicates that you used your LitExtension account balance to pay for a migration order. To distinguish it from a PayPal top-up, this amount is displayed with a minus sign (–), showing that funds were deducted from your balance.
  • PayPal payment (e.g., “PayPal Order ID: 3D251084KY537950L”): This entry shows the amount you paid via PayPal to add funds to your LitExtension account balance. The PayPal Order ID refers to the transaction created on PayPal.

As a result, when you purchase a migration using your account balance, you may see more than one payment entry: one reflecting the balance top-up and another showing the balance deduction for the order.

If anything still looks unclear, feel free to reach out – our support team is always happy to help clarify your payment history.
