Connector Problem
I have followed the users’ guide to install Connector. When I test the connector by accessing http(s)://yourstore.com/cartmigration_connector/connector.php, I am not getting message “Connector installed”.
Reason
-
- Your server/hosting cache is enabled (often is OpCache)
- Folder and connector file are not set permission
- Uploaded to wrong location.
How to fix
- Disable or Refresh the cache in source store server/hosting.
- Set permission for Folder and connector file.
