Inventory sync across platforms is a game changer. New features are being added all the time. Customised reports save so much time when it comes to taxes, easily find out COGs. Coming up a year since I've started using Veeqo and haven't looked back!

I really want to like this app but it just does not work.
I have a very simple set-up. Sell on Shopify and ship via Amazon FBA. Nothing complex.
However, Veeqo is unable to pass back the tracking number from Amazon into Shopify and trigger the shipment notification to the customer which I am having to do manually for every order at the moment.

Such useless support doesn’t exist in any other organization. Most likely inherited from Amazon. Tickets remain unresolved for 2-3-4 months. UPS claims can’t be filed because a master account is required, and Veeqo says, ‘File it yourself, we don’t know anything,’ while UPS says only a master account can file the claim.
