How to export CSV Files from Ecwid?

If you’re looking for assistance on how to extract data from Ecwid and convert it into CSV files, you’ve landed in the perfect place. In the following paragraphs, you’ll find a detailed, step-by-step guide to help you export your Ecwid data in CSV format. This will allow you to conveniently analyze and organize your store information.

Ecwid Exporting Products

  • Go to Catalog Products in your Ecwid admin.
    If you want to export every one of your products, click the Export All button at the bottom of the product list:

  • (optional) If you wish to export only a portion of your inventory (based, for example, on a set of criteria), click Filter in the left upper corner, choose the products, and then click Export Selected:

Use the search bar at the top of the product list, check the boxes next to the items you wish to export, and then select Export All Found.

  • Choose the file delimiter and the columns you wish to export in the export options box (by clicking them):

  • Click CSV file download.

If you want to export your orders and customers into CSV files, from your Ecwid admin, you should access My Sales → Orders or My Sales → Customers and perform the same process as exporting your products, as shown above.
