Welcome to LitExtension, this guide shows you how to export data to CSV Files from Easy Digital Downloads.

Let’s begin the process!  

Export Products data to CSV Files from Easy Digital Downloads

Exporting products is accomplished on the page found at Downloads  → Reports → Export. There you’ll find a box labeled Export Download Products in CSV like this.  

 

After you press the Generate CSV button you’ll be prompted to download a CSV file. The columns in this file are:

1. ID
2. Slug
3. Name
4. Date Created
5. Author
6. Description
7. Excerpt
8. Status
9. Categories
10. Tags
11. Price
12. Files
13. File Download Limit
14. Featured Image
15. SKU
16. Notes
17. Sales
18. Earnings

Exporting Customers to CSV

Under Downloads → Reports → Export you may download a CSV of customers.  You can request a list for either All Downloads, or customers for a specific download.  


 

The CSV file will include the following fields:

1. ID
2. Name
3. Email
4. Purchases
5. Amount

The purchase column will indicate the total number of purchases the customer has made. The amount column will indicate the lifetime value of the customer.
