How to check the number of products on your Etsy shop?
Etsy is an American e-commerce website focused on handmade or vintage items and craft supplies. These items fall under a wide range of categories, including jewelry, bags, clothing, home décor and furniture, toys, art, as well as craft supplies and tools. All vintage items must be at least 20 years old.
To estimate how much it costs to migrate from/to Etsy, you should know how many entities you have on the site. With three simple steps, you can check the number of entities on the Etsy platform. Follow the detailed instructions below to perform it. Let’s start!
Step 1: Check the number of products
To see how many products are available in your current store, on the left in the Shop Manager panel, please click on the “Listings” tab, then you will see the list of total products in your store.
The number of total products will equal to the summary of products in all the “Listing status” which include: Active; Draft, Expired, Sold Out and Inactive, as highlighted in the image below.
Step 2: Check the number of customers
Unfortunately, Etsy does not have a separate page for customer management. You could only estimate the number of customers by the number of orders which will be shown as the following instruction.
Step 3: Check the number of orders
To see how many orders are there in your current store, on the left in the Shop Manager panel, please click on the “Orders & Shipping” tab, then you will see the list of all orders in your store.
On the right of the screen, please choose All in “Ship by date”, and “Description” sorters. The number of total orders will equal to the summary of orders of all statues which include: New, In progress and Completed.
