This is usually related to your faceted search filter configuration. It sometimes appears because of a known bug in older PrestaShop versions where filters display correctly for only one category and don’t carry over to others.<\/p>\n

To fix this issue, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. First, try toggling the affected categories off and back on in your filter configuration. This resolves the issue in some cases.<\/li>\n
  2. If that doesn’t work, go to your Faceted Search<\/strong> module and click Configure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. In the Edit section, click on “Categories used for this template<\/strong>,” and review all the subcategories where you want your filters to display.<\/li>\n
  4. Check the Filters<\/strong> > Sub-categories Filters<\/strong> field, and make sure it’s set to Yes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Save your changes, then check your storefront. Filters should now display correctly across your category pages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
