Sometimes, you may find faceted filter available only in one category and in other categories won\u2019t be visible.<\/p>\n

If this happens, take a look at the filter configuration and try to disable and enable the categories. It\u2019s a bug you can find in older versions of Prestashop.<\/p>\n

If this doesn\u2019t solve your issue, try the followings steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Go to your faceted search module<\/p>\n

2. Configure the module<\/p>\n

3. Then go to the\u00a0Edit Section:<\/strong>\u00a0click on\u00a0\u201ccategories used for this template\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0section, and take a look at all the subcategories where you want to display the filters.<\/p>\n

4. Check the field:\u00a0Filters \u2192 Sub-categories Filters \u2192 Yes<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. This should then be working on your Front End.<\/p>\n
