{"id":4121,"date":"2020-03-26T09:27:37","date_gmt":"2020-03-26T09:27:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/litextension.com\/faq\/docs\/shopping-cart-questions\/3dcart\/what-are-the-peculiarities-of-migration-to-from-3dcart\/"},"modified":"2021-05-10T04:24:10","modified_gmt":"2021-05-10T04:24:10","slug":"the-migration-peculiarities-to-from-3dcart","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/litextension.com\/faq\/docs\/shopping-cart-questions\/3dcart\/the-migration-peculiarities-to-from-3dcart\/","title":{"rendered":"What are the migration peculiarities to\/from 3dCart?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Due to technical restrictions of REST API 3dCart uses and the platform itself, there are some certain migration peculiarities\u00a0to\/from 3dCart.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Customer groups<\/b> won\u2019t be migrated to 3dCart<\/li>\n<li><b>Reviews<\/b> won\u2019t be migrated either <b>to<\/b> or <b>from<\/b> 3dCart<\/li>\n<li>All <b>order statuses<\/b> will be imported to 3dCart as \u201c<b>New<\/b>\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Migration of <b>Shipping info<\/b> (e.g. tracking number and weight) to 3dCart is possible from <b>Magento<\/b> only<\/li>\n<li>Migration of <b>invoices<\/b> to 3dCart is possible from Magento and PrestaShop only (they\u2019ll be migrated to \u201c<b>Transactions<\/b>\u201d section under the Type \u201c<b>Sale<\/b>\u201d and Methods \u201c<b>Manual<\/b>\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also, to avoid duplication of orders during the data transfer <b>via REST API<\/b>, you should clear them manually afterward Demo migration. To do it, log in your 3dCart admin panel, go to \u201c<b>Orders<\/b>\u201d, enter <strong>Lite<\/strong> in a search field, and delete the results.
