LitExtension provides you with a possibility to migrate reviews from\/to Magento.<\/span><\/p>\n

By default, Magento allows your customers to rate the quality, price, and value of products. The average rating for each product appears in catalog lists and on the product page. With LitExtension’s automated migration tool, your old product ratings on Source Store will be imported accurately to 3 rating fields on Magento, which means that these 3 fields will have the same score.<\/span><\/p>\n

For example, your product AAA has an overall rating of 4 stars on your old store. After migrating this rating to the corresponding product on your new store on Magento, this product will remain a 4-star rating for each aspect: quality, price, and value.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, after migration, the reviews will not appear on your front-end if you do not configure its visibility. Simply follow these steps to make it happen:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. On the Admin menu, select Store<\/strong> ->\u00a0 Ratings<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Select any value in quality, price, and value<\/em> that you want to show on the front-end<\/li>\n
    3. In the Rating Visibility<\/strong> section, set Visibility In<\/b>to the store view where the ratings\/reviews will be used. (Hold the Ctrl key to select multiple options.)<\/li>\n
    4. When complete, click the Save Rating button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      After that, you have to run the command line (SSH) to re-indexing queries, clear cache, and re-check ratings on your store’s front-end. Please follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

      In the SSH console of your server, navigate to your store root folder\u00a0<\/em><\/span>cd path_to_the_store_root_folder <\/strong><\/em>and\u00a0<\/span>run these commands:<\/span><\/p>\n

      php bin\/magento cache:clean<\/code><\/span><\/p>\n

      php bin\/magento indexer:reindex<\/code><\/span><\/p>\n

      Note: Even if you want to custom to import to Magento\u2019s Custom Ratings, LitExtension can still meet your request.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
