How to fix?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This is a common problem when you regularly import or update a lot of products in your Prestashop catalog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Imagine you have 250 products and you are updating your products again and again regularly<\/strong>&nbsp;within a time period but you are not getting the correct results in your internal search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To fix this issue, what you need to do is:\u00a0<strong>go to \u2192 preferences, then go to \u2192 Search<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, just below the search section, you will find the\u00a0<strong>indexing\u00a0<\/strong>section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first paragraph,\u00a0<strong>you will find how many products are indexed and how many products are available in your store. <\/strong>The first number is the indexed products, and the second the available products in your store. If you are seeing in your Prestashop that both numbers are different, here is where your problem lies.&nbsp;<strong>You should click on \u2192 Add missing products to the index<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1688\" height=\"414\" src=\"https:\/\/litextension.com\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Index.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5811\" srcset=\"https:\/\/litextension.com\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Index.png 1688w, https:\/\/litextension.com\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Index-300x74.png 300w, https:\/\/litextension.com\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Index-768x188.png 768w, https:\/\/litextension.com\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Index-1024x251.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1688px) 100vw, 1688px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Then, they will be added to your indexed products.<\/strong><br>You can also click on&nbsp;<strong>re-build the entire index,<\/strong>&nbsp;(the link below) but this is only recommended when you have at least 20.000 products.
