I keep getting the “Request timeout” message, what should I do?

Migration stops permanently at some specific point, like:

 

Cause: php execution time is too low.

Solution:

  • F5 or Close migration page to pause current migration process.
  • Increase you server php max_execution_time value (1800 or 3000)
  • Go to Cart Migration Configuration (or Litextension > Settings), change value “Products per Batch” to a lower number.
  • Go to Migration page and click Resume migration.
