How will order’s fulfillment status be migrated to Shopify?

When migrating to Shopify with LitExtension, the order’s fulfillment status will be changed according to its previous order status value and its tracking number.

The details are as follow:

  1. If order is migrated with tracking number, LitExtension will set its fulfillment status to ‘fulfilled‘.
  2. If order’s status matches ‘refunded‘ or ‘paid‘ status, LitExtension will set fulfillment status to ‘fulfilled‘.
  3. If order’s status matches ‘partially_refunded‘ or ‘partially_paid‘, LitExtension will set order’s fulfillment status to ‘partially fulfilled‘.
  4. In other cases, LitExtension will set order’s fulfillment status to ‘not fulfilled‘.
