LitExtension helped me transfer my webshop from Big Cartel to Shopify. Products and images worked fine. Unfortunately, it is not possible to migrate the inventory from Big Cartel to Shopify, because there is no way to export it out of Big Cartel. But the developer at LitExtension was kind enough to manually transfer my inventory data (I only have 25 products, so it was not a crazy amount of data). Really quick response, and clear and precise reactions.

Good service, kind staff and with fast response. The only thing I would note on would be that it could have been a bit easier to get started in the beginning of the service with a quick introduction call or live chat to explain the process for the that particular client. Everyone has different experience and different needs that needs to be met and this could have been explained to help the client understand better the overall service.
